I'm currently updating the JSDL schema.  On the GGF site, the most recent
version is jsdl.xsd-18.xsd

The namespace is "http://schemas.ggf.org/jsdl/2005/11/jsdl" and not the
"http://schemas.ggf.org/jsdl/2005/06/jsdl" you said GPE was using (email from
earlier this year). 

Has GPE updated?
