[myproxy-user] MyProxy 4.8 testing now within Fedora11 and EPEL4 and 5.

Thanks Steve. Once I switched to a different mirror all myproxy packages
installed successfully and 'myproxy-test -startserver' shows all tests
passing.
Just one small thing. The myproxy-test script expects grid-cert-info to
be installed, so I needed to do
'yum install globus-gsi-cert-utils-progs'
to satisfy that dependency.
