[medicus-user] need help globus medicus

I have just known about globus medicus. I have read it in
http://dev.globus.org/wiki/Incubator/MEDICUS

then I also read about installation in
http://dev.globus.org/wiki/MEDICUS_Installation.html

but I'm still confuse about the concept in this project. I want to ask
about the installation. what I need to do to build a system like that? how
many computer or cluster I need? what is the design of this project? the
software that needed and in which computer I've it installed?
