Hi,
I have installed Globus on NFS with four machines sharing the space.
$GLOBUS_LOCATION is in the shared space.
I have created host certificate for the first machine.
Now, I tried to create host certificate for second machine. I decided to trust simpleCA of the first machine..

So I ran the following command (as root):
# bash setup-gsi -default
setup-gsi: Configuring GSI security
Installing /etc/grid-security/certificates//grid-security.conf.8b2c42c9...
Running grid-security-config...
Installing Globus CA certificate into trusted CA certificate directory...
Installing Globus CA signing policy into trusted CA certificate directory...
ERROR could not write /usr/local1/globus-4.0.0/etc/gpt/packages/setup/trusted_ca_setup/globus_simple_ca_8b2c42c9_setup.gpt

If I try to run the command as globus user, I get the following error
bash setup-gsi -default
setup-gsi: Configuring GSI security
Don't have write permissions on /etc/grid-security. Aborting. at /usr/local1/globus-4.0.0/setup/globus_simple_ca_8b2c42c9_setup/setup-gsi.pl line 92.

What could be the problem? What steps should I follow?

Thank you,
Yadnyesh
