[gridway-user] Error submitting jobs to Torque/PBS via GridWay

Hi Derek,
	The only problem are the wrapper stds, Can you check their ownership?. Does 
the following command work?

globus-url-copy gsiftp://hpc10.asc.edu/~/.gw_test_0/stdout.wrapper /tmp/stdout
