Hi Thomas,

You can split deployment and execution in GridWay in the following fashion:

PRE_WRAPPER. Script for deployment. Gets executed in the Fork job manager.

WRAPPER. Script for execution. Gets executed in the LRMS (e.g. PBS)

You will need to specify the TYPE=MPI in the Job Template, otherwise the
mpirun won't work. You can do that in the GridGateWay using extensions:
