I have problems accessing hydra. I get the following:

GSS Minor Status Error Chain:
globus_gsi_gssapi: SSLv3 handshake problems
OpenSSL Error: s3_clnt.c:842: in library: SSL routines, function
SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE: certificate verify failed
globus_gsi_callback_module: Could not verify credential
globus_gsi_callback_module: The certificate has expired: Credential with
subject: /C=DE/O=GermanGrid/CN=GridKa-CA has expired.

Seems like your CA certificate expired.

Anyway, regarding your problem, did you check out Ruben's suggestion? We
believe is a sudo related problem. I reproduce part of his email to the list
here:

Anyway, this error is reported when gridway is not able to start the dirvers
(e.g. a misconfigured sudoers file,
wrong paths, no proxy...). So let's see, as the gwadmin user (the one
running gwd) execute:

sudo -u <YOUR_USER_NAME> /usr/local/gw/bin/gw_em_mad_ws

This should not return anything, you could then type
INIT 3 - - - - -
and the driver should return
INIT - - SUCCESS -

Check both drivers the em and the tm:

sudo -u <YOUR_USER_NAME> /usr/local/gw/bin/gw_tm_mad_ftp

Does it works? Does sudo output something (like passd:)?
