In addition, the NAS Grid Benchmarks combine CFD codes from the NAS 
Parallel Benchmarks (BT, LU and SP solvers, MG smother...) using 
different patterns (parameter sweeps, computation pipelines and 
visualization workflows), so you can check:

Also impact cratering simulations use CFD codes (SALE-B hydrocode for 2D 
viscous compressible fluid flows), then also check:
