We are pleased to announce the release of GridShib SAML Tools v0.4.0:

Note that the command-line interface has not changed from v0.3.2.
Likewise the TeraGrid SAML Extension (GatewayCredential) has not
changed.  A deprecated method in the Java API has been removed,
however, and hence the bump to v0.4.0.  See the CHANGES file (linked
in the readme) for a complete list of changes between v0.3.2 and
v0.4.0.

This release is a direct result of our collaboration with the GISolve
project, creators of SimpleGrid, a toolkit for gateway developers.  It
is anticipated that GridShib SAML Tools v0.4.0 will be integrated into
the next release of SimpleGrid.

Special thanks to Yan Liu from the GISolve project and Terry Fleury at
NCSA, each of whom provided valuable assistance for this version of
GridShib SAML Tools.
