[gridftp-dev] Sending buffers between frontend and backend servers

Hello GridFTP developers,

I need to send a transfer specific buffer from the front-end to the back-end servers.

I know that there is a "globus_gfs_ipc_request_buffer_send" ipc interface that can be used to
do something similar; however, the user_arg parameter passed by the callback function at the 
backend servers is the session user argument, i.e. one can't relate it to a specific file transfer.

Is there any way to do this?
