[gridftp-dev] gridftp and rft docs

I understand the gridftp team is responsible for rft documentation for
this release. 

there are just a few fixme's in rft right now - but looks like noone's
been in there for a long time so info might be outdated. I just want to
be sure someone is checking it out.

there are quite a few fixmes still in gridftp. let me know if you need
any help or if for some reason you won't be able to get to the docs by
tuesday.
