[gridftp-dev] make dist incorrect in globus_gridftp_sshftp_setup

I think the Makefile.am needs to be edited so that the EXTRA_SCRIPTS  
wind up in the tarball produced by make dist.  They're currently  
missing, which breaks the following mp.pl command:
./make-packages.pl --anonymous --bundles=globus-data-management-server \
	                          --deps --install=/tmp/asdf

Installers are working because they operate directly from CVS, and  
the files actually are in CVS.  They just don't wind up in the dist  
tarball.
