[gram-user] specifying the proxy credential in a portal environment

I have a question about how to specify the proxy credential used to
submit GRAM jobs in a particular type of portal environment.  We're
using Pre-WS GRAM globus-job-submit but I think my question applies to
WS GRAM as well.  The issue is that each end user has their own proxy
credential, which is issued at submit time.  So the user clicks a link
in the portal, the portal issues a proxy credential, stores this proxy
in the file system (at a user-specific location), and submits the job.
 How does the portal ensure that the correct proxy is used to submit
the job?
