This means that the globus-gass-cache -add command did exit(-1). This
provides no context for the error. The GASS cache libraries and
program have not changed (except for license text and some #if WIN32
stuff) since 4.0 was released.
As for the rest, I don't know what the OSG version numbers mean with
respect to GT, nor what the condor programs are doing with the GT
libraries. There really isn't any information in this summary that
will help us contribute to the debugging effort.
